It is a facility that has an access to clean portable water for people to fill their own containers or packaging. It is mostly used for manual packaging of purified water in mass production.
It is attached with a bottle rinsing machine which helps in cleaning outside the bottle with raw water and inside bottle with purified water.it cleans all sizes i.e. 1 litre,5litres,500ml,20litres etc.
It consists pressure control panel and two pumps which are used to maintain pressure in all taps and also switch on and off the pumps.
It consists the following filtration process:
- Sediment Filters
It is filtration process that removes visible and invisible solid particles like sand, silt, clay and dirt are trapped by the filters as water flows through the filling station and the rinser.
- Uv Sterilization
Water passes through a chamber with ultraviolet (UV) lamp which eliminates all the microorganisms such as bacteria, parasites and viruses in water.
After sterilization, the water (pure) is directed to a storage tank ready for consumption
