What is a General Use/Purpose Water Purifier ?
This machine is designed to purify borehole water in large volume.
It purifies water with high level of fluoride, total suspended solids, turbidity, colour, iron etc. expect those contaminants removed by the reverse osmosis membrane i.e. sodium.

How Does a General Purpose Water Purifier Work?
Stage 1: Pre-Filtration
In this stage, a tank is designed to remove large, visible solid particles.
As water flows through the filter, large particles such as sand rust and dirt are trapped by the fiber filters. All the impurities are also trapped by the filter.
Stage 2: Activated Carbon Filter
After pre-filtration, water flows to the carbon activated filter where chlorine, oduor and other impurities like pesticides are removed.
It removes wide range of chemical contaminants.
Stage 3: Ultrafiltration Membrane
This a semi-permeable membrane used in separation of total suspended solids, contaminants and molecules found in water.
The UF membrane removes turbidity and colour very effectively.. Total suspended solids, clay are removed thus making water visibly clear.
Stage 4: Uv SterilizationSSSSSSSS
In this stage, water passes through a chamber with ultraviolet (UV) lamp which eliminates all the microorganisms such as bacteria, parasites and viruses.
Stage 5: Storage Tank
After the purification process, water is directed to a storage tank ready for usage.
